Curtailment of Gas Supply

CURTAILMENT DURING ATAs OF MANZALAI & SAWAN GAS FIELDS
We have informed by the SNGPL vide its letter # GMS: 119 dated 03-08-2010, we wish to inform that during Annual Turn Around (ATA) of  Manzalai & Sawan gas fields SNGPL shall be facing huge gas shortall on its system.
In order to meet above shortfall, gas curtailment in the industrial sector shall be observed in accordance with the following schedule (this schedule can also be viewed on SNGPL’s website i.e. www.sngpl.com.pk):-

5th, 6th,7th, 12th & 13th August, 2010
 
Kindly note that after curtailment during above dates, he shall revert back to one gas holiday per week in General Industry sector on respective days in each region.
 
CNG SECTOR
During Annual Turn Around (ATA) of Sawan and Manzalai gas fields, additionalgas holiday on 6th August, 2010 shall be observed in all Regions over the above routine weekly gas holiday in CNG sector.
 
Kindly note that after above ATAs, he shall revert back to one gas holiday per week in CNG sector, in accordance with the decision of the Federal Government.
Respectable Members are requested to make necessary arrangements of alternate fuel during above dates so that their production may not suffer.
